When can I send my order?

The Online-Shop is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is depended on the availability of the articles.

How can I send goods back?

  • With every package you get a return label. You just have to stick it to the package and return it to the DHL package station.
  • If the goods are defect, LEMKEN will pay for it.
  • The costumer has to pay for it if you the goods are returned because of dislike.


Which options of payment do I have?

Cash in advance: All details such as bank account details, amount, etc., which you need to pay off your order, will be provided with your order confirmation on the screen after you have sent the order, as well as with your order confirmation email. Please note that we can reserve the goods more than 7 days for you and that a referral can usually take 2-3 banking days.

Paypal: Pay easily with just 2 clicks, without entering bank or credit card data. Your PayPal account must be set up only once. Select the payment method "PayPal" in your online order. After sending the order you will be redirected to the secure payment form PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, log in easily. Otherwise, click Create Account and follow the instructions. Within seconds we get your payment and your goods can be sent immediately when available. Your bank and credit card data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Credit card: With MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa that your purchase is more secured. For payment please contact your bank directly after sending the order. Please note that payment by credit card is only possible for your online shopping.

Cash on delivery (COD): With cash on delivery you pay the invoice amount and the forwarding fee of 4.90 euros in the acquisition of broadcasting bar to the postman or carrier. When ordering by cash on delivery of the surcharge for parcels is 2 euros.
